Mr. Matta is a Senior Adviser and a partner with financial knowledge S.A.R.L . He has more than 30 years´ experience in both legal and financial areas. Mr. Matta is an Attorney at law, and a member of Beirut Bar Association.

As an independent attorney and legal advisor, he is fully aware of the many and different aspect of the financial services activities that constitute the core business of Financial Knowledge S.A.R.L. namely providing consultations in banking, insurance, compliance requirements, corporate governance, risk management, educational training and course material developments, SME´s financial and legal requirements, and financial planning.

Mr. Matta acquired a deep knowledge of the regulatory and compliance requirements in the financial sector throughout his 5 years term with the Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency, the Kingdom´s Central Bank and Regulator of the financial sector, fulfilling the unprecedented and compelling need for educating local and young university graduates in the financial area through lectures, training presentations and workshops with international exposure that was acquired from many business visits and seminars in most advanced and developed countries in the world.

Mr. Matta´s experience and strength is highlighted in the Development of insurance course materials by lines of business for the Institute of Finance in Saudi Arabia and in cooperation with the American Institutes for Chartered Property and Casualty underwriters (AICPCU), adding up to the expertise needed to provide professional assistance for Financial Knowledge S.A.R.L through localization, and adaptation to local laws with an international perspective of the insurance and financial related activities.
